This looks really interesting. Wow. now I am watching the trailer after the endgame. This movie seems like captain America during the time travel.

One of the worst movies I have ever watched. Seriously, I can't even begin to understand how people can like this movie.
The first thing I'm going to mention is that I was annoyed beyond belief by the lack of realism in this movie. And please try to understand me as I say that I'm not a skeptic. Shooting a science fiction movie, it is my belief that you can be realistic as hell. You can be even more realistic - arguably - than if you were telling a real story. I think "the force" in Star Wars was realistic. I even think that talking monkeys (talking monkeys, come on.) were realistic in Planet of the Apes, that's how low my standards are. If you can get your story through, and base it on something, who cares, right? Well this movie could not get its story through. Maybe if in the opening they said something like "okay in this parallel universe, we forego of logic, these aren't humans just don't expect them to make good decisions" it would have made perfect sense. That is how annoying the logical inconsistencies were.
The second point I want to make is that there is absolutely no social message involved. There was absolutely no "portrayal of society" like some people claim. If there was such an intention, they screwed up so badly it is beyond any saving even with the best advocation out there. I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't watched it, but it simply isn't there. Don't look for it.
Wish I hadn't watched it.

Man, I absolutely loved this movie the first time I saw it. And the second time. And the third. This analysis not only confirmed a lot about what I already believed Snowpiercer to be about, but it also gave me some extra insight that I hadn't even considered. Great job, Nerdwriter1. 1984 + bioshock + matrix reloaded + Soylent Green + countless... So this has been out for months. Awkward lol. I totally got it the first time I watched this film. The polar bear signified hope because everyone was initially told nothing could survive outside of the train.

The part when he said gaint sand bugs and the clip they used for the icon reminded me of tremmors. When I saw the people at 1:28, all I could think was one of them saying: I hope we know what we're doing, because I can't see shit. While it takes us through classes, it is a perfect image of the rise and fall of civilisation as well. Beginning with humans surviving, eating whatever they can get their hands on and protecting the section - punishment but being set free with regards to their own, revolutionary ideology. Then water. Control of water. Indoctrination. Then luxury. Then decadence. Then utmost decadence (post utmost sweat and pure drugs. Then leader, insight, and then. the fall. There was a great fight in there, in between, with poisoned axes and all. Then an explosion. I hope the kids do allright.

2:58 Captain America : Impressive. What a load of crap!
Three minutes of my precious time was spent on this. You just know when a film is going to be a stinker. Dude, You forgot to mention that Chris Evans' character, Curtis, was the only person from the back of the train to see that the PROTEIN BARS were made from cockroaches. The indigent passengers at the back of Wilford's Train were starving and resulted to CANNIBALISM. So Wilford supplied them with so called PROTEIN BARS. Curtis almost ate another baby until the Leader from the back of the train amputated a limb to give to Curtis to spare the baby's life. The Engineer addicted to KRONOL explained to Curtis that the thaw is coming.

When youre one of like the 3 people who read the original graphic novel and see the few things thats lifted from the original like, “yay.” That last shot for example. Just reread my copies of the graphic novel and its like, “Oof.”. I'll watch Red. Love this sequel to Charlie and the chocolate factory.

I just finished watching this movie. I liked it

You can just tell from the trailer how low budget this movie is. Where can I watch this movie, Ive tried a lot of places, can't find it, Help please. Thanks in advance. Girl: Theres a tunnel up ahead. Hero: Yea? Girl: a fukkin long one! Me damn this lil bich did more cursing than i remember.

More like a tale of two carriages. I like Colin Firth. He's such a good actor. I might have to check this out just to see Darcy kick butt, lol. kidding. Nice voice Chris Evans. Sounds like his character in Scott Pilgrim. 1:02 reminds me of The Thing video game, last boss fight. Tilda Swinton looked like Ayn Rand in this movie. If you don't know who she is for gods sake look her up it's uncanny. It post apocalyptic captain America. Recruit rush in a nutshell. This trailer is too reaviling. I can especially see that now, after I watched the film, which was good btw. Not brilliant, but definitely good fun. I suggest making a movie based only on historical facts, about Vlad Tepes, not fictional Dracula. Are you saying the train ran on kid power? The kids were involved in keeping the engine running (in some vague way) but the idea that the energy required could be somehow input by or drawn from the children is outlandish. If I'm missing something, please correct me.

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Benjamin Franklin. Looks great. Damn this looked like a legit military movie to.

They coat their axes in fish blood because fish blood is an anti-clotting agent, meaning once they cut someone that cut will bleed for a lot longer.
